Okay so i am 13 i am 5'4 and i weigh 113lbs. I get really hungry after school and so i eat a lot and then i feel all lazy and stuff. I really want some help because i want to stop eating so much so that i can loose some weight but i dont know how too. I exorcise on a daily basis but i am not loosing weight. I heard that drinking water helps loose weight, is that true??? HELP!!!
