How easy is it to change the lights in the dash of a 2001 Honda Civic EX?

One of the lights is dim and so it doesn't light my speedometer all the way up, and plus I'd much rather have blue lights coming through rather than the orangish redish color that's already in there, so how hard is it to do that? Is it something that can be done by me or should I take it to a professional? And also if you could provide a link to show in a video or something how to do it that would be awesome!
