HELP ME WITH TUMBLR PLEASE. ?

Okay so I got like 4 random followers and I clicked on one and it took me to this other site? I quickly x'd out. Now whenever I go to my tumblr profile it takes me to another site! And it deleted everything ! my followers and the people I follow are still there though. what happened?
