Getting Ready for Track >:) Tips?
It's seems like a good workout to get ready for track season, just have to be strict and do everything. If the work out gets easy add more repetiotions or do the excersise for a longer period of time. As for endurance just try jogging for long distances. Start with 1 mile and take it from there. ( but if you want to be a sprinter do some more short distance sprints no more then 400 meters). Resting is also very important take one day and relax but don't pig out cause that will go against everything your working for. Good luck with everything. (The workout you have seems like a great one I might just have to try it someday)
