2004 cavalier, In the past it burned a fuse to the ignition module. now the gages have intermitant proplems.?

the gas gauge doesn't go down when shut off. when started it goes on around and hits the temp gauge. the speedometer was off by half once also. It's hard to take it in when the problem goes away. Seems to be worst when the humidity is high.
